Timer not starting automatically?

Make sure auto-start is enabled in Settings. Also verify you're on a QuickBooks Online page (*.intuit.com). Try refreshing the QBO page.

Auto-fill not working?

Navigate to the QBO time entry page first, then click "Stop & Save" in TimeSnap. Make sure the time entry form is visible on screen.

Extension icon not visible?

Click the puzzle piece icon in Chrome's toolbar, find GME TimeSnap, and click the pin icon to keep it visible.

Pro features not unlocking?

Go to Settings > Account and verify you're logged in with the email you used to subscribe. Try logging out and back in.
